Terms and Conditions

  1. Reservation and Payment:

    • To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
    • Full payment must be made by the specified deadline.
    • Failure to make the payment within the given timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
  2. Cancellation and Refunds:

    • Cancellations made before a September 2023 are eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the specified date.
    • In the event that the business experience is canceled by the organiser, a full refund (minus bank fees) will be provided.
    • Refunds will not be issued for illness, death or change of mind. 
  3. Liability and Responsibility:

    • Participants are responsible for their own well-being and safety during the business experience.
    • The organiser will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft incurred during the event.
    • Participants are encouraged to have personal travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
  4. Program Changes:

    • The organiser reserves the right to modify the program schedule, workshop topics, or guest speakers, if necessary.
    • Participants are note required to be notified of any changes in advance.
  5. Room Accommodation:

    • Please note that the pictures of the rooms provided for reference may not accurately represent the actual accommodations.
    • There will be a variety of accommodation options available, and the final room selection is subject to availability.
    • Once room assignments are made, they cannot be changed or modified.
  6. Filming and Photography:

    • The organiser may capture photos and videos during the business experience for marketing and promotional purposes.
    • By attending the event, participants consent to being filmed or photographed and grant permission for their likeness to be used in marketing materials.
  7. Parking:

    • Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of parking during the event.
    • The organiser does not assume any liability for parking-related issues or damages to vehicles.
  8. Code of Conduct:

    • Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment throughout the business experience.
    • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the event.
  9. Intellectual Property:

    • All materials, resources, and content provided during the business experience are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
    • Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of the materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
